Application must be made on the prescribed from available in the prospectus only. Complete application form in all respects must be under registered A.O. cover addressed to the Principal, NINS or in person at the country during office working hours. Complete application from should be submitted along with the following documents duly attested by a gazetted officer. :-
- Certified copy of matriculation examination showing date of birth.
- Certified copy of passing 10+2 exam.
- Certified copy of character certificate from last attended institute or school.
- Certified copy of domicile/residence certificate or copy of ration card.
- Certified copy of caste certificate.
- Passport sized photographs 4.
- List of visitors along with their tow passport sized photographs for the hostel residing candidates.
- Certified copy of GNM 1st, 2nd, 3rd year result.
- Certified registration & diploma.
* For post B.Sc. candidates.
Original certificate the students have to deposit their original certificate of 10the & 10+2 which will remain with institute until the completion of course.
